This is the story of my struggle to find faith, patience and gentleness in the face of anxiety, doubt and intrusive thoughts.
The Sanskrit word "Athithi" refers not just to guests but to those that are unexpected. One of the endeavours of this journey has been to be a true host as prescribed by the sage wisdom "Athithi devo Bhava" – “I revere the guest that has arrived unexpected”

Pray if you can...
Dear child, Pray if you can. And if faith has been uprooted from your heart and replaced with pain, ask yourself what is the best outlook you can bring to your faithlessness and pain. That too is prayer!
